The Bridge to Excellence Master Plan is a comprehensive five-year plan for Worcester County Public Schools. The plan was developed to include goals and strategies to promote academic excellence among all students and to eliminate performance gaps among all subgroups. The plan was designed to reflect a clear analysis of our school system’s needs related to teaching and learning, a compelling vision of what WCPS must do in order for all students to attain high academic content and achievement standards, and a set of strategies for realizing that vision.
The 2003 - 2008 Master Plan is available in the content sections below. All the sections represent the original comprehensive plan. Each year, the plan is updated. You may also review the 2006 - 2007 update under the Strategic Planning section called "Master Plan Update."
